Why Organic Eggs?

* Modern egg manufacturers have traditionally added chemicals to the feed of their chickens so their eggs have the deeper yellow yolk that you would naturally see in an organic egg *

Why Organic Eggs?

Organic eggs from birds in an organic poultry farm exposed to natural resources have been known to be healthier alternatives to the ones produced by poultry farms, which make use of artificial poultry-raising practices.  These organic eggs have also been claimed as safer to consume over their non-organic counterparts because the birds that have produced these eggs are not fed with GM feeds and the birds are not exposed to controlled environments which require them to be frequently injected with antibiotics and other artificially produced vitamins. These controlled environments are also regularly bombarded with chemical pesticides and other artificial substances, so the birds within these controlled environments are not only exposed to these chemicals, but they also feed and drink on probable chemical-contaminated resources.

Organic eggs contain high levels of healthy fats and protein as stated by most scientists and doctors from both the USDA and the EPA.  These organic eggs also come packed with vitamins and minerals together with high doses of Folic Acid and Niacin.  Scientists have also found high traces of zeaxanthin and Lutein in these organic eggs, which are organic compounds responsible for reducing the actual risks of ocular diseases such as macular degeneration and cataracts.  Furthermore, Choline has also been found present in these organic eggs.  This organic compound has been known to develop healthy functioning nerves and regular cells.

Things to Consider

However, you should consider using organic butter or coconut oil whenever you want to fry organic eggs for breakfast since these oils have high levels of saturated fats which make the organic eggs stable in both high and medium cooking temperatures. You should also consider adding some vegetables on your organic-egg meals.  This is because organic eggs, much like the other eggs from controlled poultry farms and the like that utilize non-organic practices, do not contain fibers.  Thus, not having fibers to complement your cooked organic eggs could probably lead to constipation.

Finally, it is advised by most medical physicians around the globe to eat raw organic eggs since the assimilation of these raw organic eggs to your bloodstream is so natural that it barely leaves traces in your small and large intestines which could potentially lead to constipation problems.  But you should also limit your consumption of organic and non-organic eggs for that matter since regular doses of the natural compounds found in these eggs may actually result to allergic reactions.  With this, consume a healthy serving of organic eggs at least three to five times in seven days.
